Personal Roots and Windows 7

Hi

I have just bought a new computer and my Windows XP version of Personal Roots doesn't work under Windows 7. Can anyone tell me how I can upgrade for a 64 bit environment.

Thanks

Damian

There is a program I downloaded called DOSBox that can run older programs like my PR 1.1. It's a bit tricky, so be sure to read the instructions...but it's a lot better than nothing!

Hi Damian

I am a computer consultant in Melbourne and have recently resolved a similar issue with MacBeth software on a Windows 7 Home 64bit computer

You basically need to load a Virtual PC and once thats done, you can run the software you ran before when you used XP

Maybe email me or call me on 0419009668

Several years later, but thanks graycav56 for your answer here. I've just downloaded and installed DOSBox and it runs my old copy of Personal Roots perfectly on Windows 7!
