I have Rackley ancestors in my tree. George Rackley, son of George married Sarah Gatfield in the 1850s in Windlesham, Surrey which is pretty near the county borders. Any connection? I have the line from them down if you are interested.

Hi Liz My information on the Rackleys ends at about the mid to late 1700s. Have you managed to take the Rackleys any further back than the 1900s? Will contact you privately Regards Helen Hanson

I am also the granddaughter of Elbert James Rackley and I do need any information you could help with as I do not have the Rackleys back that far. Also, any help with the Jesse Thomas Duggar family would be wonderful as I am at a dead end on that one.

Sorry Sheryl but I don't know if there is a connection. I am trying to work the Rackley forward in time & you are working back. Perhaps we will connect at some time. Regards Helen

Re: Arter, Harter, Rackley
Helen - I hope you are still searching for information on the Rackley Family. I am descended from Mar Jane Rackley who was born in Hurst Berkshire about 1851. Her father was James Rackley (born abt 1807) also from Hurst. Her mother was Anne (surname unknown).
