My great-grandmother used to claim she had a brother who went to Canada. This must have been either Charles or Harry Letts, as they both disappear from the UK censuses after 1881. Charles was born 1867 and Harry 1870 both in Rothwell, Northamptonshire, sons of Daniel Letts and Hannah Rowthorn. If anyone has come across references to either of these brothers I'd be very glad to know.

In 1901 census HARRY Letts his wife Annie and 3 children , Edward 7, Elsie 4, and Daisy were living in Teeton, Northants. They had further children Harry and Jack after this date. Daisy (Amelia) was my grandmother.
Am still researching Annie his wife.
