Our, Sanders family came from Duncan \
Arizona. We belive our great grandfather was
an outlaw and he moved into the Arizona
territory in the late 1800's. He then changed
his name. He married an Apache Indian girl
and raised a family.
We belive he took the name Mitchell
Sanders. His son was Thomas Mitchell Sanders,
who married Rachel. They had two sons, Calvin
and Ray Mitchell. Ray married Anna Jean
Nichols. My husband is thier oldest son, Ray
Mitchell Sanders jr.

My father is Thomas Mitchell Sanders. My grandpa was James Mitchell Sanders who live in Duncan AZ. My grandpa married Ruby Cosper and had two son and a girl not sure if this is same sanders family or not. I grew up in Duncan and don't know of any other sanders from there.
Thank you,
Thomas L Sanders
