With regard to Neales in Norfolk. My ggg grandmother was Tabitha Neal (or Neale?) 1773-1850. She married Thomas Thaine at East Tuddenham Norfolk in 1791. Any connection?

Hi,Sarah

I sent a lengthy reply to you last week but my message bounced back because it was undeliverable.

Is there another e-mail address you can send to me. If so, I'll forward my message to that address.

I think our families are connected. Just trying to find the common link.

Thanks
Ros

May have a connection. My Everitts/Everetts went from Baconsthorpe to Edgefield Norfolk then to Canada. One of my gggranfather's sisters also married a Neale. Most Norfolk info I have is from around 1820's. Other names possibly Harmer, Woods, Wright, Ellis.

Hi, Heather

I have very little information on my CHAPLIN ancestor. Ann CHAPLIN was born about 1780. She married John PENTNEY 3 Oct 1800 in Aylmerton, Norfolk. John PENTNEY was born Dec. 1777 in Gresham, Nfk.

I'm not sure where Geldeston is in connection to Aylmerton (which is where Ann likely came from) so I'm not sure if my CHAPLINs connect to yours. They might.

If I learn anything further, I'll post an update here.

Ros
