1891 census - French to English Translation of terms

Surnames: McMillan Marston
Could someone translate for me the french terms (occupation, etc.) in the 1891 census for the Elehu Marston and Huci (Hugh) McMillan families? They are shown living in Longeuil, Prescott, pages 33 and 34. For some reason Ancestry.com seems to connect the two families and I'm trying to determine if they are related, so understanding the terms might help.
Thank you,
Dan Harvey

Thank you. That helps to some extent. Looks like Hugh McMillan was a farm hand for the Marston's.
