I'm looking for information about the Feil family branch that probably lived in Illinois in 1940's and 1950's. I don't have much info but believe male born in 1949/1950 and female born in 1956/1957 are my aunt and uncle. Any information would be appreciated. Please reply directly to bruce@propelpartners.com. Julious August (commonly referred to as August) married (2) Nellie Henrietta Mewmaw, who was about Mary Jane's age at the time, and there was a rift in the family.

I have some Feils (with the "s" ad the end) who are from the Eifel-area, state Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany.

She had sons, one named Antun and at least one daughter.
aka Anton, Anthony, Antoni, etc?)

Initally was married to a man who was a blacksmith, named Brezina who was killed in we believe 1888.
And then she remarried a German man, possibly named Hammacheck (?spelling)

Son, Anton was born 5 May 1879 in Zdenci, Orahovica Croatia
traveled to Pennsylvania, United States of America in Feb 1903

She most likely was the daughter of a Josephus Feyl/Feil

Her husband was a woodsman, and son (Antun Brezina) trained as a blacksmith by his Uncle.
