Goodill - various spellings

I'm trying to find the deaths of Ann Goodill, nee Hansell, born in Yorkshire c.1800 and her husband William Goodill, also born in Yorkshire c.1797. They emigrated to the USA before 1864, possibly to Illinois. The only Ann I've managed to find had a daughter called Diana - not the right one!

Any help gratefully received!

Thank you again - you've knocked down one of my brick walls! I knew Jonathan married Ann, a widow about 9 years older than him and he remarried after her death, but I didn't know to whom - until now! I know his mother passed away before 1880 as she doesn't appear on the Census, so I assume the death cert is also the correct one.

Once again, many, many thanks for taking the trouble to help; it's much appreciated.

Best wishes
