Hello Krista. I found a Elmo Sixbey in the 1910 census whom is listed as a boy. Also the palce of birth was MI but at that time the family was living in Colorado. In the 1920 census, back in Michigan I found a Almo Sixby listed as a female. The siblings in both census are identical in name and age as are the parents. The parents are George Sixby listed as being born in Wisconsin and Michigan, and wife Margaret born in Canada. I have listed below what I found in text format.
