im acyually trying to find out the exact locations of the old post office,old schoolhouse in Bereah,fl. There is also a older spekking for the town that was changed to bereah. I found the cemetary @ Corinth Primitive Baptist Church. I also know that it was built in 1966,the original church was 1893. If anyone can help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

The school was located at the corner of what is now West Bereah Road and Altman Road and was closed down about 1945 and students began going to Frostproof Schools. I'm fairly certain there was never a Post Office out here but will find out today. The cemetery was built long before 1966- I think that was when church was remodeled.

The "Bareah" post office was established 15 Feb 1894 and discontinued on 15 Jan 1919 when the mail then went to the Ft. Meade post office. This was gotten from "A Chronology of Florida Post Offices" by Alford G. Bradbury and E. Story Hallock published in 1962
