Surnames: Gee, Ghee, McGee
Searching for information on Francis Gee,Millie Gee, Paul Gee, Squire Gee and Osban Wingfield.Francis Gee was my great grandmother. Millie Gee and Osban Wingfield were her parents. Frances was born April 11,1866or67 in Virginia Dinwiddie County. Francis, Squire and Paul Gee migrated to Texas after the Civil War. They settled in Mexia,Texas Limestone County. Francis married Walter Bell.It has been told that these Gees changed the spelling of their name from Ghee to Gee. In some way they are suppose to be connected to some place in Virginia called Stony Creek and the Gee family farm. Any information anyone can send to me willbe appreciated. Thank-you.

Paul Gee that was friends with Everett Gee Jackson didn't have any children. However, he was a dear friend of the family. I have read my ancestors memoirs of him and they say he read his bible daily and was such a good soul
