Collapse branch option

Collapse branch option

The biggest issue I have with the Family View in Ancestry is the width of the trees.

Because of this, I rarely add "cousin" hooks up the line.

It would be great if I could "collapse" a person so all of their kids were represented as a single icon, something like a stack of icons, and expand it only when I really want to see their kids, grandkids, etc.

I agree with you - I am having the same problem with this. My family tree is huge and it is becoming hard to view. I would like to find a way to collapse a person to a single icon. There are times when I open the Family View and some of my ancestors are collapsed down to one icon, but once I open them I am not able to collapse them back down to one icon.

Please let me know if you have found a solution. Thank you so much!
