Hello Scott,
I wonder do you know anything about a HARRY SHEPPERSON from BINGHAM NORTHHAMPTONSHIRE, UK who moved to BRISBANE AUSTRALIA in the early 1800s, and married a MARY COCHRAN who was my Great Aunt, daughter of a HUGH HALL COCHRAN from LURGAN in Northern Ireland.

I am trying to find information about the SHEPPERSON'S

I look forward to hearing from you.

Regards,
Heather

I think perhaps that Eva Shepperson might be my biological grandmother. My father was born in Ipswich, MA on Dec. 5, 1915; His name was Kenneth Hood Goodridge, I do not know his Father's first name. His Father died sometime before 1918, and his Mother, Eva Shepperson died on Jan. 10, 1918. He had two sisters, Harriet and Dorothy. He was adopted by Rufus and Elva Butler Purves of Brookline, Mass.

Hello Scott Shepperson,

I don't know if you are still on ancestry.com. It looks like you might be related to one of the line(s) of Sheppersons (Shepersons) originally immigrated to the Ipswich/Newburyport area. I would love to connect with you to see who you are descended from. I'm still trying to sort out the Shepperson side of the family (and I'm sure my family tree on ancestry.com is not completely correct). I'm related to Gladys Bamforth whose mother was Gladys Shepperson. Gladys Shepperson was the daughter of Harry Shepperson and Ella (Langdale I believe) Shepperson. I'm having some trouble narrowing down and finding all relevant documents for Harry Shepperson (there is more than one Harry Shepperson and even the one I believe is the right one has birth date of abt 1861, 1864 or Oct 13, 1866). Harry Shepperson and Ella were in Needham, MA for some time in the late 1890s and early 1900s-1920s. Harry I believe is related to Joseph B. Shepperson (b. abt 1851) - brothers I believe. He married a Catherine Marles and they resided in Needham, MA as well (Joseph I believe was a knitter).

Best, Janice
