Hello I am looking for hungarian soilders records that were killed in the 1916/18s he was in the Austrian/hungarian Army
For some reason im told the family name changed after this and we took an gt grandmas maiden name
Could anyone help I know its a long shot

What are the soldier's names you are looking for? You also need to provide their birth village and year of birth.

The Czech National Library has put up WWI casualty reports on line.

All I know he was killed 1h 1917 I think October(maybe in Italy)
His ancesters came from TENGOD SOMOGY
All I knowmy father went by either his wifes maiden nane or his mothers

The correct spelling of the village is Tengőd.
The Kramerius site - that Carl advised - has 6 pages of results for the village, but you need the name.

Maybe a name would bring a clue to one of the older relatives
