I am trying to locate the nearest town to the "Paint Fork of the Little Ivy". Is it now located in Madison County, NC?

I am also trying to find more info on the following person:
"September 30, 1819, Land Warrant No. 944 Lewis HENCELY Enters fifty acres of Land in Buncombe Co., lying on one fork of the Paint fork little Ivy Beginning on or near the North East Corner of Hesikiah MADCALF running up and down the crick(?) for complament. Entered September 30, 1819"

Any reference is certainly appreciated.

Paint Fork is about 4 miles due east of Mars Hill, NC. I have sent a detailed map of the area in an e-mail to your home e-mail address. Let me know if you do not receive it.
