My wife and sisster-in-laws father was born in Mödling on 6.6.1912. His name was Anton Rezac and was baptized in St. Othmar (Pfarrnummer 9408) in Mödling. He was the first child in the family. Because of hard times he was sent to Norway at an age of 7 as a "Wiener kind". His father, Anton Rezac, was also born in Mödling, on 12.6.1885 and baptized in the same church. He married Maria Theresia Schmaltzel (or Schmaltzl) probably in St Othmar some time during 1910-1912. We are ancious to know when the marriage took place and all information available regarding Maria Theresia Schmaltzel.

Mödling belonges to Lower-Austria not Vienna.

but for church belonges to "Vikariat Unter dem Wienerwald" of diocese Vienna:
maybe you ask directly at parish-church, otherwise can be that files meanwhile are online at (at -> AT-W Wien, rk Erzdiözese / rk archdiocese) to find, not finished all. found not Mödling now. maybe they make a look-up at their files to get copies.
parish-church Mödling:

"Wiener Kinder in Norwegen/Norway":

Rezac/Rezač is a slavic lastname. a namesbook shows orgin at slovenian rezati = cut, carve, castrate
slovenian rezar = castrator -> german Sauschneider = sow-castrator; castrated were bulls, rams, pigs
so names orgin about profession.
stated also a housename/farmname Razaj in Plöschenberg/Plesivec and Sattnitz/Gure.
in austrian Carinthia i also know a farmname Sauschneider ;-)
