Is anyone else using this software? I need a little advice on "saving" the info. I have been using the "backup" part and it goes into my documents.......BUT when I try to save it to disc or flashdrive I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly. As it won't open, AND then my tree "goes away" and I have to go back into my documents and click on the icon from JANUARY for the "program". the other icons are "back-up", but say "it can't open as it needs to know what to use to open" ????????PLEASE help!!

I'm unfamiliar with the program but.. in general, one doesn't usually 'open' a backup file- one restores it.

Have you tried looking in the help section of your software for that term?

Thank you for your response! Yea, I guess that is true, it is a backup file. So, IF anything happens to my computer, I would need to restore the file that has the program AND the most recent backup file? I am assuming that is how that works?
