Privatize or not upload all media files contained in FTMM2 to one's Ancestry Tree

Hello,
I would like to keep more photos in my FTMM2 data file resident on my laptop and not upload all of them to my linked family tree. There are ways to privatize or lock certain facts/notes, etc. to prevent them from being uploaded. Is there something similar to lock or prevent all photos from being uploaded? If so, could someone please explain. If not, is there a good work around?

Thanks!

Privatise media was recently added to FTM 2012 as part of a patch.

It is likely to also be added to FTM Mac 2 again by way of a patch/update.

I would suggest you wait a bit and see if the patch materialises

In the meantime if you upload your tree without linking you have full control of what you upload
