Hi, My grandmother was born in East Haddon,Northamptonshire. She was Rosetta Cadd-born in 1870.
First husband was Mr Morley then Robert Andrew from Northampton. There are quite a few Cadds in East Haddon. Its a small village but the church had records on lots of Cadds.

Hello Marion, I believe that we are related. My great grandmother was Ada Elizabeth Cadd. Her parents were Frederick Cadd and Maria Treslove from East Haddon. One of their daughters was Rosetta Cadd. I have quite a bit of info re the family if you are interested.

Hi Emma, you must be 'the Emma' that has been in touch with my Aunt Rosa in US? She rang me to tell me she'd had a call from a long lost relation. I haven't been sent any of the info yet.

I'd traced the family back to the Cadds. My grandad was Fred Andrew, Rosa's Dad.

Hi Marion Olive,
I am very inerested in your Grandmother .C1870. My mothers family were from East Haddon, most of them are buried in East Haddon Cemetery, as is my Wife, I was over there on New Years Day.
I have a Family History that goes back to the early 1700s. It is such a small location that I feel we must be related.
Regards
John (Benfield)

I think you may find this information at the church at Preston Bisset

I belong to the Leach branch of the family, I have information for Gordon Cadd from Malvern. I have attended family history meetings at the Old Hat. Gordon Cadd last address was Malvern. Can you help me?

Surnames: Williamson, Cadd, Nimmo,
Hi Teresa: From your old post I see you have been researching Cadd of Northampton. That name has very recently appeared during my Williamson Northampton & Nottingham research. I have Doris Winnifred Williamson married to Cyril Cadd 1936 in Northampton. I believe Doris died in 2000. I believe they had a daughter June H. Cadd born 1943 and married Derick B. Nimmo in 1962. My Williamsons are extremely elusive so I'm going 'in the back door' by trying to find connections through spouses. Any of this click with your Cadd relatives?
Cheers, Angie
