Looking for information on my ggrandfather's family. G.grandfather was Andrew Hall (name of g.grandmoter is unknown.) Andrew Hall was a Methodist Minister.
Children were Samuel John Hall, Annie Hall (Foster), Hannah Evelyn Hall,

Annie Hall Foster had a son named Andrew Foster.
Hannah Evelyn Hall(also married a Hall) had children 1.Abram Ephram Hall 2.Florence Hall (Caddell).
Florence had Hazel,Walter,Cecil,Gerald.

I am seeking info on the Caddell family from Portadown,Armagh.

I have just found out that my gtgtgrandparents were married in 1883 in Portadown Armagh.
They were William CADDELL and Margaret COCHRANE.
I do not know anything else about them other then they were in Scotland by 1887 where my GtGrandfather Daniel CADDELL was born and then they moved to NJ. USA.
Do you think we might have a conection?

I have no idea, and I have little information. All I know is that Florence Hall married a Mr. Caddell, and they had childen: Walter, Hazel, Cecil, and Gerald.
Walter married and had children: Richard, Timothy and Aaron.

I have written to Ireland two times and inquired, but have had no response.

I don't know if they went to Scotland, but think Walter went to England.

Looks like we must be related my GGG-Grandfather was Daniel Caddell,b. Ireland abt 1821 d. Portadown 11 Jan 1875. His wife was Ann Farrell.

Thanks for your reply. Can you comfirm what records you have on the William Caddell in your family. Do you have anything that shows his wife being Margaret?
Do you know how I can find a record of their marriage? If I can find that then I could see if his father was Daniel Caddell.
