i'm a dahill in alabama, my father is bruce dahill and on his side my grandmother and grandfather are leo and shirley dahill of new hampshire. just thought i'd drop a line.

You are my second cousin. I've met you just at some family funerals. I understand you are doing very well.
In your spare time, how about looking up Dahills in your area, historical society or library and let me know if you find any.
I'm the keeper of the DAHILL genealogy stuff for my family. I have lots and may have even copied some stuff from the internet on you at school. We just finished visiting your grandma Shirley on 4th of July and took the traditional ledges walk, too.

hey that's neat. my mom and dad were just here a little while ago and visited for a week. i stumbled on this site cuz i was just googling our name haha. it's interesting what you can find on the internet. i will keep my eyes open for stuff down here.

Your dad said there was a General Dahill at Ft. Meade when he was there but I haven't located any other details. Let me know if you do. Your dad didn't have anything else to add when I checked with him.

yeah dad mentioned that to me. he said that there was a marine who was supposed to be helping but the marine guy turned out to be a real jerk about it and dad said that the marine just had a horrible attitude towards the army anyways.
