Looking for info re: descendents of George Nichols of Salem Ma. Born 4th of July 1778 In Salem. He was the son Of Ichabod Nichols, and Lydia Ropes Nichols. George married Sarah Peirce in Salem Nov. 22 1801 in what is now known as the Peirce-Nichols house in Salem. He's an ancestor of my great-great grandmother Lucy Nichols White. I have some information on families in the area, and I would be happy to share it. Any and all help would be much appreciated. I'm just getting started. Thanks.

Are you missing a couple of great greats, perhaps? Or maybe 1804-1880 is a typo?

We have many Nichols/Nickols in our FTM. Not too many questions, except Erastus/ Loiza buried in the "Family Cemetery"1880/1881 from Dracut, MA VS; signed by Geo. Nichols. Family Cementary must be located in Andover, Dracut, or surrounding towns. Tx, Jim

You said you don't have too many questions. Can you answer MY question?
Are you perhaps missing a couple of great greats, for Erastus? Or maybe 1804-1880 is a typo? It's very hard for me to imagine that somebody born 197 years ago, could be your grandfather As an example, my grandfather was born 1859 -142 years ago- and THAT's a bit of a stretch. He was 47 when my father was born, and my father was 32 when I was born
I have many Nichols in my FTM too, over 4,000
