Can anyone put me in touch with the caretaker for Morrill Village Cemetery in Morrill Maine or the Morrill Historical Society.
I am taking a trip there from Wisconsin and can't seem to find anyone to help me. I have written to the town clerk with no response, written to the Historical Society to the only address posted on the internet and had my letter returned and written a Selectman from Morrill also with no response.

Can you tell me where Morrill Village is? I live in Maine and could take a trip there if it wasn't too far.

I left Wisconsin on Friday, October 5th and will arrive in Morrill in 2 days. I got NO help from anyone in Morrill. They didn't answer phones, didn't answer e-mails and I got snail mail back as undeliverable. My GG-Grandparents are buried in Morrill Village Cemetery and I wanted so much to visit with a rep. from their Historical Society. I feel so let down as I've planned this trip for nearly a year. I'm at the age that I doubt I'll make this trip again.
Morrill is west and north of Belfast. I hope to make the best of my time there and visit at least 13 cemeteries. So far the weather has not cooperated. We were at Arlington National Cemetery and it rained...in fact it has rained every day since we left!
thanks...diane

That is quite a ways from where I live, but if you ever need any other help, let me know. I'm in Androscoggin County. Good luck, I think it is so rude when eople don't answer their e-mail. It happens to me alot.
