I am looking for any information concerning John Daines b.1793 d. 1863. Married Susan Reynolds. He was baptised and buried at the Holy Trinity Church, Southchurch, Essex. Any information will be welcome.

Have a little that may help you. john Daines son Edward married a Jane Warren in Southchurch and came to nz 1866 ship ? wild duck she was known as Jenny had miscarriages and eventually had a mental breakdown she die and he remarried a Kate Mannix who was from Limerick Irelandthere are some children too I may have . Edward also had an elder brother John Saward Daines who died and Edward went from Auckland to live in Tauranga I haven't got my dates etc handy as I belong to the Daines who settled in Eltham Taranaki and have found no connection as yet to the Tauranga or Blenheim Daines Hope this gets to you a I'm new to a computer well here goes do contact me ,margh

Edwardmarried Jane Warren 1865 hackney London mar qtr folio no 1B551. Jane was known as Jenny and miscarriage and eventually had a mental breakdown she diedin 1882 age I think 26. Edward remarried a Kate Mannix who was from county Limerick Ireland theirmarriage in1887. Their 1st child was John Mannix 27 Oct 1888 tauranga Edward was 51 and Kate 27 2nd child was George b 1 Jul 1890 3rd Susun Reynolds 1 oct 1891 4th Anne Elizabeth 3 sept 1893 5th Edward Oswald 7 Feb 1897 6th Laura May Arabella 26 sept 1901. Marriages = Anne Elizabeth marriedDigby Fred Deacon WICKHAM in 1919 folio no 5487.Let me know if you had all this. I only had it cause I was doing my tree and I belonged to the Daines that settled in Eltham Taranki His name was Haylett and known as John and he and Mary Ann were from Tacolneston Norfolk Eng. This is what I have:
John Daines (d.1819 age 60) married Ann Saward (d.1801 age 30).
Their son John Daines (b.1793 d.1863) married Susan Reynolds (d.1889 age 92).
They had 9 children: John (Saward?), Thomas, Edward, Agnes, Ann. +[William, George and Sarah Ann-died young]. Ann never married. Edward emigrated to New Zealand. Thomas emigrated to South Africa (on the mail ship RMS Dane). John and Agnes ??
Thomas Daines (b.1832 d.1877) married Anastasia Warren (b.1837 d.1921) [was she Jane Warren’s sister?]
They had 8 children: Thomas Martin, Edward Warren, Walter Reynolds, Agnes Mary, Henry John, Ida Mary, Annie Caroline and Rose Constance. [Walter, Henry and Rose died young]
Thomas Martin Daines (b.1864) married Kathleen Jacoba Devenish (b.1875).
They had 5 children: Gerald Martin ST Leger, Ivan Robert, Norman Walter, Victor Maximillian and Iris Kathleen.
Norman Walter Daines (b.1908) married Jean Park Muir (b.1904).
They had one child: John Muir.
John Muir (b.1938) married Janet Donaldson (b.1942)
They had 2 children Thomas Gordon and John Robert.
That is me- John Robert Daines (b.1977).
I had some of what you supplied, but I did not know that Edward(NZ) had first married Jane Warren. I have a photo of Edward Daines (b.1837). My father did most of the research I have, so I may have some facts wrong, but I doubt it.

I think I may have found a "cousin" of yours near Colchester, Essex. Her father was Herbert Victor Daines b. 1897 in Rochford, Essex, England, and his father was John Daines, a mariner, who married Mary Ann Wallaker (Wallacher).

Unfortunately she's not one of "my" Daines (so far).
