Sherri, I have a Vern Goodenough who was born in Yankee Springs, Barry County, Michigan, in April, 1898. He was a son of Laura Seba Bronson and Irving O. Goodenough. They were divorced before 1910 and I don't know what happened to Vern.

I've written a book on Laura's family. It includes over 200 pages, over 130 illustrations, and over 150 biographies of the descendants of Jedediah Riggs, Laura Seba Bronson's great grandfather.

If this is the same Vern Goodenough, then you and I are fifth cousins!

Best wishes,

Mike

Sherri,

I am so thrilled to have found this message. I just double-checked my database, which shows that my Vern Goodenough was Vern W. Goodenough (as in Wilson?). I am positive that these two are a match.

What information do you have on your grandparents and great grandparents? I would love to include a biography about them in my book. Thanks again,

Mike
