I will look you up in the book. If you would email me, I can give you the Wampole line back to Germany in 1400's.
Daniel W. wampole and Margaret Fox lived in Steuben Co., Ny and then went to Wis. Daniel's parents were George Wampole and Elizabeth Doughty. George died in 1845 in Steuben Co., NY. There is a early picture of Margaret Fox wampole's sister Ellen Fox. There is indian blood in both the Wampole and Fox lines.
Daniel Wampole was in the Civil War and it states he was 1/4 indian, Eve

My husband is Steve Wampole and his father was George Wampole. His grandfather was also George. So it would seem that your husband is my husbands cousin, right? If you would like to email me direct at userjudy7312@aol.com instead of using this message board please do so.

Thanks Judy

Hi, I've a George Wampole in my family tree who was born in Ord, Valley Co, Nebraska & married a Pearl Wigent also born in Nebraska. George's parents are George Wampole who married Lulu Thompson (my relation). Lulu was born sometime in the late 1800's. By chance are these Wampole's related to your bunch. DAE
