My grand-father was charlie neal & lived in saltville/rich valley area. Word is that he came over from Ireland (stowed away)as a young boy. He married my grand-mother Mattie Bise but was marrie once or twice before that. I think he went out to the mid-west at one point before he married my grand-mother.
