Hello Betty,
I was unable to find anything, then I realized i needed specifics to assist my search, Please provide dates(years) as close to the actual births or deaths of these folks, their specific names and locations. My great grandmother Genevieve Mildenberger lived in Eichelberg, Baden-Baden, Germany and arrived in this country around 1900. She married
Anthony Heinzmann. The Heizmann's have lived in the Rust, Baden-Baden, Germany area for centuries. Therefore specifics for the Schmaltz and Mildenberger families will be appreciated, and greatly assist my search. Thank you, And I'm glad you got to know some Mildenberger's in Germany during your time there from 1958-1962. Best wishes, Bill Bly

My error, I just realized Genevieve Mildeberger and her husband Anthony Heizmann remained living in Germany. It was their son, Karl Heinzmann who arrived at age 16, at Ellis Island, with his cousin, Urban Mildenberger,15,on June 6, 1899. Ironic to land in the USA shores on what would become D-Day 45 years later. Bill Bly
