Looking for information on James E Clark B 1854 Wisconsin died 1941 white SD. Had large family.Wifes name Harriett Matilda Palmer. Any info would be helpful.

There were too many people with the same names to find James E. CLARK in 1860 or 1870, but Ancestry says that he was son of James CLARK & D. ROBI[N]SON, named on his marriage record. He may have been orphaned when he was about three and raised by his aunts, per Ancestry and online message board. James E. was listed as a boarder in household of D. S. HAMILTON, Highland, Guthrie, IA, 1880.
