This link on Findagrave lists Mizers buried in Hailey Cemetery. Don't know if any of these meets your criteria.

There was a Delia Mizer (1882-1964) who moved to Los Angeles with her sons Joe (1907-1992)and Robert Henry(1922-1992) shortly after the death of her husband. I would think there weren't a lot of Delia Mizers from Idaho who were born in 1882, but the children listed in the other response muddy the waters a bit.

Hi....the children seem pretty straightforward in the census'. In both the 1910 and the 1920 census John H and Delia are living in Hailey, Idaho with three children: Maude D, John W, and Harold R. Then in 1930 Delia is a widow living in Los Angeles with her son who is now calling himself Robert H (Harold R). She is managing a rooming house and there are several unrelated lodgers living there.

Delia dies in Los Angeles on September 22, 1964. Her mother's maiden name was Huntsman.

Thank you. I guess I was confused by the name changes. So, Harold R. (I assume that's R for Robert) renamed himself Robert Henry "Bob" and John W. became Joe? Do you know what became of Maude? Bob Mizer achieved a level of notoriety in Los Angeles. This might explain who the "several unrelated lodgers" were:

Mary Lou,

But can Harold R. really be Robert Henry, since he appears in the 1910 census as age 3, but his headstone says he was born in 1922? Is it more likely that Harold is Joe (http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=81...)? Bob's story was he, Joe, and Delia moved to California shortly as the death of the father, John H., the same year as Bob's birth. This begs the question: what happened to the other two children? Thanks!

Maude D. Mizer, age 6 b. Idaho
John W. Mizer, age 4 b. Idaho
Harold R. Mizer, age 3 b. Idaho

It would appear that John W. died around age 22:

So, I would say Harold R. was the one known as Joe.
