Their parents were Andrew and Margaret Banks Moore . need to find the names of their children. By 1850 census children are already gone from home.

Hi-- I'm a descendant of Hannah Bovard and John Moore (4xgreat grandparents). I haven't done much on this line in a long time, but would be happy to share what I know (can prove) and what I have heard. Please e-mail me directly. I don't live in the area, but the last time I was home, I took a lot of grave photos, including the Moore family-- if you are interested (digital).

I'm looking for information on a George Washington Moore who lived in Wayne County, presumably his adult life. He married my 3xg-grandmother in Porter county, Indiana, 1866. Probate records show him living in Ohio after 1870, but her living in Indiana for the rest of her life. (she's buried there, too). He's not buried in Indiana, so presumably, he's in Wayne County. I really have no idea when he died, sometime after 1880 based on the dates of the records we have.

Moores-- Wayne Co

Sorry, don't find a George Moore or George Washington Moore in my database. There is a George Moore mentioned in History of Wayne County Ohio (1878) on page 763 as a township trustee of Salt Creek Twp, and there are a few George Moores listed as fathers in Birth Records From The Wayne County Ohio Probate Court 1867-1908

I know you said there was no George Moore, but how about a Washington Moore? Married Martha White about 1858?
