The Arner Family Association seeks descendants of:

KATHRYN DAYTON, Robert Ray Aurner, 1898-1990, New Albany, Story, IA; Monterey, CA.

You are almost certainly descendants of Hans Ulrich Arner and Verena Eberhard, 1735 immigrants from Switzerland to Philadelphia. Join us for an August 24-25, 2002 gathering in beautiful Lehigh County, Pennsylvania (1 hour north of Philadelphia). For “reunion” information or to see where you fit into the *rner family, visit Joe Erner’s website at www.geocities.com/~erner/gen/arner which documents the Arner/Aner family to the 1500s, or contact us through the Arner Listserv at ARNER-L@rootsweb.com. We’re planning two fun-filled days including a catered Pennsylvania Dutch luncheon and the dedication of a memorial stone in the Heidelberg Union Church cemetery to honor the immigrants. Help us widen our circle of cyber-cousins and plan to attend. We welcome you.

I am the Grandaughter of Kathryn and Robert Aurner who lived in Montery County Calf.

I discovered the reunion late last summer and wasn't able to attend. I just recently purchased a computer and now can communcate with the family.

I live in Colorado but was born in California in 1957. I love my grandparents dearly and have missed them both since they have passed. Would love to know how our family trees cross.

Please write soon.

Thanks

Kathryn Aurner

Hello,
I'm interested in Kathryn (Katherine) Aurner and Robert Aurner for a different reason and would be interested in exchanging information about them. We live in an older home in Madison WI that was first owned by this couple. We do have a couple of books written by Mr. Aurner when he worked at the University of WI in Madison. We would be happy to have contacts from other family members who may be able to share family history or be interested in this house. Marcia Gevelinger Bastian bastians@tds.net
