Searching for any info on Lee "Jack" Haley and Lawson Edward "Lossie" Haley who moved from MO to CA, probably in the late 20's or early 30's. Parents were John and Lou Haley. Had several sisters: Alice, Craddie, Ola, Florence, Laura, and a brother, Albert who died in MO. Jack liked to gamble. Possibly lived in the Bakersfield area at one time.

I do not have information for you however I do have a question. How far back does your Haley information in MO go? I have been searching for information on Martin Haley and Catherine (Coyne) Haley who were married in St. Louis MO sometime around 1858. They moved to TN, OH, and settled in IN about 1866.

Mary:

I have my line back to the mid-1700's but do not have the two individuals you mentioned. Perhaps they were from a brother to my ancestor. I'm sorry. I hope you will share whatever you may have on uncle Jack. I forgot to mention that this "Jack" stuttered severely.

Thanks, Barbara

I believe he died 5/4/1952 in West Plains, MO. I have not heard of a Dewey Haley but anythings is possible since we don't know who his father's siblings were except for one brother Henry and 2 sisters.

Thanks for your response.
