Ray -
I have a William M. Plummer b. 1871, Cole County, MO, son of James Hackney Plummer and Martha Rebecca Lane m. 1870 Cole County, MO.
James Hackney Plummer was the son of William Plummer b. abt 1812, KY and Elizabeth Hackney b. abt 1825 TN. Speculate that William is the son of William Plummer and Rachel Hobbs of Scott County, KY. William is the son of Philemon Plummer and Sarah and ties into the Thomas Plummer family of Maryland.

Yup, Rachael, ancestors agree, am looking for William M. b 1871, siblings.

I have only 4 of at least 8 brothers and sisters. His Obit lists his survivors
as being 4 brothers and 3 sisters.

William M. Plummer was my Grand Father.

It is certainly possible. The Plummer family connections I am looking for lived in or near Neosho, Mo. Pierce City is only a few miles away. The only information I have is the name Lou Plummer, and that his mother's maiden name might have been either McCullough or Rodgers/ Rogers. I do have a few pictures.
