I'm looking for history information on Leader, SK and keep hearing about the 'local history book'. No one ever mentions it by title. Is there a title, or is this a commonly used term for books published on many towns in Canada?

Leader biography/local history book
Hello on the site below will be a web page for Saskatchewan libraries. Using one of these online search catalogues, there is a book called Pages of the Past written by the Leader Lioness Club [editors, Jo-Ann Tetlock and Patti Trautwein] written approximately 1981. The National Library of Canada has an interlibrary loan program available, there are some look up volunteers available via Saskatoon gen web, and there are classified ad boards on Sask Gen Web where books are posted for sale or wanted to buy.
These are the folks who have offered to do look ups in local history/familuy biography books they own.
