Looking for information on my GGGrandmother Gertrude Halle (b. 1830) in Dusseldorf or Cologne. She married Peter Servatius (from Germany also) and they lived in Fon du Lac, Wisconsin.

Researching the Servatius from Bausendorf. My grandfather Nicolas Servatius was born there in 1888. He came to America in 1912. Nicolas went to St. Paul, MN then Chicago, and finally lived in Freeport, Illinois until his death in 1963. If you are interested in sharing information or corresponding please write me at

I am researching the Servatius family from Wanderath near Adenau.
I have some information on a Gertrud Hall born 20 Oct 1831 in Düsseldorf who married on 3 Jun 1850 a Johann Peter Servatius (his second marriage), born 28 Mar 1813 in Drees and died 28 May 1894 in Fond du Lac, Wisconson.
