Searching for ancestor cemetery, Santa Rosalia Cemetery, Cameron Co., Tx for Jose Miguel Salinas, his son-Higinio Salinas born 1819 and Higinio's wife, San Juana Zamora.
Does anyone have photos of the cemetery or resting sites.

I'm also looking for information on a gravesite at Santa Rosalia Cemetery in Brownsville. My grandfather, Quirino Villarreal. If anyone goes out to take pictures and runs across Quirino's gravesite, I would appreciate a picture.

Find A Grave Memorial# 71378294

Did you find your grandfathers death certificate? I pulled it up and was able to see it but make no reference to his parents.

I'm not sure if our member found any photos or more info except what I posted on Quirino Villarreal..Maybe you can forward his death certificate. Volunteers are trying to work on the Santa Rosalia Cemetery project to help others. I want to travel there again one day to find my ancestors also.

Thank you for your help and information. I contacted Mr. Parsons and several others who have gone out to that cemetery to take pictures. Apparently, they all have been unable to find his stone. It could be that it was damaged or no longer there. Thank you so much for all the information and help that you have offered.
