no mention of gibson in Grace's obituary. i know hw was alive 1942-draft registration and gone by the time Earl died in 1966-no record found at Appleton(so far). thanks for the info

I cannot find him on the SS listings (from 1951)

he was blind in one eye in the WW1 draft - could something have happen to his other eye and he was sent off somewhere????

have no idea where he ended up. according to Family Search he was under George Spalding in 42. just one of those mysteries i want to solve thanks

George died in 1945 and is burried in Oak Hill cemetery, Town of Maine, Outagamie County along with his mother, Harriet Heagle(1863-1942) and sister Mable Schimke(1895-1929). I have obits for Howard if you are interested.
