I am looking for information on ROBERT KENT, who supposedly migrated to Isle Of Wight Co, VA in 1630 or 1636 as headright of Justinian Cooper. Justinian Cooper was granted 1,050 acres - 50 acres for his personal adventure and 1000 acres for transporting 20 persons. The headrights after a certain time (they had to work to repay their transportation) were given 50 acres of land with lifestock and provisions to get them started on their own.

Robert's son, LUKE KENT M. HANNAH were living in Isle of Wight CO. in 1692-93, sold their land and moved to Hanover Co. VA.

This information is recorded in a family sketch, which was compiled around 1950. The source of this information is unknown. I am trying to substantiate it.
