Looking for information about John PAINE who left England
for Virginia in the late 1600's. He was said to have been
born on April 3, 1688 in Attleborough, Norfolk. Family
first names of sons in VA are John, Thomas, Barnett,
William, Robert, George. King & Queen County, Spotsylvania
County, VA. in evidence. Is there a Parish Record to
support this John? Thank You, Rick Reid.

We are soooooooooooooo much alike! I was just going through my Attleboough registers too, when you posted!
Alicia was previously Beadman, they married in Attleborough too, 1669.

I was wondering if the researchers have looked for wills, a will can often clear up relationships and often mention family in far off shores!
