I have a few Fahrney Photos that I would like to return to their families. One photo is of a Byron Fahrney, Newark, Ohio, appears to be in his early twenties, photo looks like it was taken in the 1930-1940's. Photo 2 is of a young child-female, 2 or 3 years old, on reverse side it is written: Dear Friends, Do see any Fahrney in this. What will you give me for her, I'll sell her by the pound or on the foot either way you like. Sta. BWF signing off

Byron Fahrney was brother to my sister's deceased husband. As I am "doing up" the family history, I would very much like to have those photos.

That is my father, Byron Weltie Fahrney. The child could be my late sister who was 8 years older than me. How did you come to be in possession of these photos, are you related?

Byron,
Please let me know if your related to the Fahrney's from Mt. Lena or the Boonsboro area in Md. My 4th Great Grandfather married the widow of Dr. Fahrney and I have lots of information on them and pictures of them. After they both passed on they were laid to rest by their 1st husband and wife. I have pictures of Mr. & Mrs. Fahrney and their children taken before he died. I also have a photo of a small Fahrney child at her funeral. The Fahrneys were a large part of my family history but no children from their marriage. My name is Sandy Curran

Hi there,

wondering if anyone is interested in an old antique bottle I have. I am willing to send in the mail to you for shipping costs is all. I have an extensive bottle collection I am wittling down to gain genealogy space.

The bottle has writing on the side like this...

Prepared by
Dr. Peter Fahrney & Sons Co.
Chicago, ILL, USA

The bottle has writing on the bottom like this...

Fahrney
Chicago

I don't know anything about it as far as age etc., but it has a open top with screw rings where it must have had a metal top? It is about 10 1/2 inches tall and cool shaped.

please let me know,
Beth
