Where would the records be kept of these Orphanages or TB sanitariums in Arkansas? Did the people that were in these places get put on a census? Needing info. from 1910 -1920, for a Elizabeth Cynthia Dillard, and children Fred Gertie, Pearl, Sam, and Thomas Dillard.

My ggrandmother was the matron of the Ophelia Polk-Moore Orphanage in Helena at the time of her death in 1936. I found her and a list of the "inmates" of this particular orphanage on the 1930 census for St Francis Township, Phillips, Arkansas. Am also looking for information available on any Catholic Orphanages operating in the area during the period 1903 until 1920.

Saint Joseph's Home is located in North Little Rock in the Levy area. It has been very difficult to find info in it though.
