Where's the specific citations?

Where's the specific citations?

Hello,
test driving this software (currently use FTM2005) but I can't figure out how to add or view the citation for a specific even such as a birth date. I see the citations tab but that seems to be generic to the person. On FTM2005 for instance, beside the birth date, or death date or marriage date the person name you can add a citation for just that even. I'm sure I'm missing something obvious but my brain hurts trying to find out what it is:)
Hope someone can help and thanks!

Afternoon John,

1) Find the person you want to add a citation to.
2) Click the Edit Button
3) Go to the Facts tab
4) Double click on the event, such as birth
5) Press the button "Fact Citation"
6) Press New Source

Hopefully that helps you out?

Thanks very much.
That answered my question. I hate learning new software sometimes:) But I think I like this one enough to spend the money on the upgrade.
Thanks again
