My grandfather is Jack Byron Eyerly and died in Normandy, France in WWII. I too am interested in obtaining the Eyerly Book. If anyone could help, please respond and let me know. Thank you so much. Also, if anyone knows of my grandfather please respond, I would love to get in contact with family/friends.

I have the Eyerly book published by Dean Eyerly of Chicago. If you could tell me where your grandfather lived before he was lost at Normandy, perhaps I can find him in the book and send you more information. There are very definite geographic branches of the Eyerlys in America. I belong to the Pennsylvania Eyerly branch. Tom Eyerly

Amber: Forgot to tell you that the Eyerly Book was very limited in its printing and no additional printings have been made, as far as I know. My grandfather, J. Osborne Eyerly of Philadelphia, had assembled a pretty decent geneaology of the Pennsylvania Eyerlys which I gave to Dean Eyerly and he included in his book. We became friends with Dean and his father, Jack, when we lived in Chicago in the early 70s. Tom

I am looking for the ancestor of a young man named Keith LaVerne Eyerly DOB 06/09/1957. His father is/was James LaVerne Eyerly and his mother is Shirley Joanne Deal. I would like to get some information to take me back to his grand parents, etc

James lived in Savanah, IL last I knew and the family lived in Cedar Rapids, IA in the early fifties. James got into some trouble with the law and was in Inglewood, Colorado serving time in the late fifties.

Any help would be apreciated.

Jack B. Eyerly was my mothers 1st cousin. His parents were Ben and Mary. Ben had 2 brothers John Harry and Earl Matthew. John Harry was my Grandfather-he and Earl owned a grocery store in Gardner, Kansas. Jack had a brother, Clarence, and a sister, Betty. My mother was Mary Jane Eyerly Jones. I think Jack was born in Gardner, but Ben's family moved to Bonner Springs, Kansas, where Ben was a newspaper distributor for the Kansas City Star. Jack and Norma were married when I was 6 or 7 years old. I remember a memorial service for Jack in Gardner, but can't remember the date

I am related to James LaVerne Eyerly. I have been told his legal name is actually Jimmie. I may have some information for you but would like to know who you are first. Can you give me information on Keith LaVerne Eyerly?

I would be happy to look up Jimmie Laverne Eyerly in my "Eyerly Book". But I need some more information.

Age, Location, mother and father, grandmother, grandfatther, offspring, etc.

Three brothers came from Germany in the mid-1700s and formed the branches of the Eyerly family in the US.

One branch is centered around Bloomsburg, PA, and another branch is centered around Winterset, IA.

I am 69 and live in Orlando but grew up in Philadelphia suburbs and belong to the Bloomsburg Eyerlys. My grandfather, John Osborne Eyerly, put together the record of the Bloomsburg Eyerlys which was included in the book.

The book was writted by Dean Eyerly from Chicago, a part ot the Winterset Eyerlys.

The book is current through the mid 1970s. It is out of print.

I have a copy of the Eyerly book and have just completed an update but have not been able to make contact with the original publisher of the book, Dean Randal Eyerly.
