Does anybody know where Lennon St, Mullingar was? My Grandfather lived in Lennon St, but I cannot find it on Google map, so I presume it as been demolished

Lennon St or Linnen St is part of the main st it starts from the Greenbridge part of it is Domnick St and down to Mary St which was at one time New St

Ordnance Survey Ireland at www.osi.ie have a free mapviewer. The historic 6inch map shows an old Mullingar before the railway came. It is interesting to switch between 6inch, 25inch (Probably 100 years ago) and the current view.

Hi re Lennon St Map circa 1858 drawn up for the sale of Mullingar town maybe of interest to you. Lennon St lists about 21 tennents another part of Lennon St has 20 some of them would most likely be renting on to another tennant
