Am researching the Moline (Molin) family which appears to have immigrated from Sweden in the 1880s and 1890s to the Rockford area. Very willing to share info I have with others in the same search. Principal ancestors were Paul Hjalmer Moline and Peter Anders Moline, both of whom died in Rockford area. Peter was born in the Langhem or Hallenstad area of Sweden. Moline family ties into Swenson family and
Uhlin family from Sweden.

My Grandmother's name was Bessie Caroline Moline born in South Dakota in 1889. Her father was Eric Moline and mother Marlie______Moline.
Bessie married Peter Nelson b. 1882 in PA. His father was Paul Nelson.
This is all the information I have. My search only begins from this point.
My mother is still alive but can't give me very much information beyond this. She's 92.

Do you have any information on a Joseph Edwin Moline? I believe he was born in 1892 in Rockford.
