I'm looking for any info about Francis M. (Frank) Saum and family. His wife's maiden name was Phoebe Fawcett. Their daughter Agnes V. Saum married Wesley Emmet Groves in 1919. Their son (my father) Dale Wesley Groves was born in 1920. Agnes and Emmet were both born in Ohio, They moved to Hillsdale Michigan where Dale was born. I believe Emmet's father was named James. His mother's name was Clara Mae, I don't know her maiden name. I would like any info. I have some info on Saum brothers & sisters & families. Thanks

Do you happen to know where in Ohio your Francis( Frank was from? I recognize this name from the Saums who arrived in the United States in 1828.They lived in Perry Co Ohio,Junction CIty and Somerset area, then moved north to Van Wert in the early 1850s.One important question here,Do you know if Frank has a Catholic Background..Ill tell you what you can do..Go to your search engine and type in "Father John A ZAHM" this will at least give you some information on this family line.

Ok done Pauline. I had to remover your old information from the Saum site in order to get you back in. So you will have a new username and password. YOu should not have to enter any password to get in, you will have to fill our your member information again though. If you do have any problem with the Nic and Password coming up. email me and I will send it to you.
