My grandrandparents are Jim and Barbara Molnar. I believe he was born 6/10/10, I'm not sure. I think we were also related or friends with some Szabo's.

My maiden is Molnar. I just started looking myself. My father John Molnar and his brothers and sister came from Budapest, Hugary. I lost track of them. They came over in the early 1900's. He had brothers, Wendall, Joseph, Frank (I believe) and sister
Helen (Flezno, I believe). my father birthday was Oct.15. My mother also from Hungary was Edith Magyar Molnar. It would be nice at first attempt I succeeded. Good luck! Edie.....

My husbands grandfather is Antol Molnar and his grandmother is Victoria Szabo. He was born in Austria-Hungary and I am not sure where she was born but I think it must have been in Hungary as that is where she is said to have imigrated from. If you have anything on them I would be interested!

My husband's grandfather is Antol Butka Molnar and he also is supposed to have immigrated from Budapest in the late 1800 or early 1900. He is born in 1873 or 73 in Bodrecmayda, Baja, Austria-Hungary. I have no idea if he had family or not. Maybe we fit together?

Shot in the dark:

My wife's grandfather was a Deso Molnar. He came from Budapest with his brother, Joseph or James. Deso was married to an Elizabeth Ganzi who was an opera singer. She apparently came to the US with 2-3 other opera singers. She sung in the Hungarian Opera in Budapest. According to 1920 Census records, both Deso and Elizabeth came to the US in 1913. Deso indicated he was 24yro and Elizabeth was 23 yro in the 1920 census - b abt 1896 and 1897 respectively. This family of Molnar expanded in the Massena, NY area.

I don't think so. My father John was born about 1893 in Budapest. I don't remember his fathers name or maybe I forgot one of his brothers name. I remember 3 brothers a sister. However, there may have been another one. Maybe we need more info together on this. Edie
