The West Virginia Division of Culture and History is making birth, marriage and death records available online. They have many death records from most counties and a few birth and marriage records. It is an ongoing project, but there is a wealth of information there already. I strongly urge everyone to check it out.

Is your family originally from Tyler Co? Mine is from Indian Creek, Booher Run, Tyler Co. Many are buried in the old Booher Cemetery.
