Frank Suter was my mother's father from Williams County, Ohio. Little family history is available; Frank was adopted but kept his mother's name. From which branch of the family are you descended?

Frank was my fathers father and was born out of wedlock. My information is that his natural fathers name was Grimes and his mothers family would not allow them to marry. His mother later married an Eberly. I do not know her name.

In reading these messages again I realised I did not answer your question of what branch I'm descended from, my fathers name is Walter, he moved to Mich. in his 20's.
